Oh man, bronchitis is bonkers, I get it almost every single time I travel back from India. So...when are you headed back so you can redo the first half of your trip?
So all in all I really mostly missed Costa Rica, of the Peru things I wanted to do Lake Humantay is the only one I missed to illness, I missed a hot air balloon ride 2x over sacred valley (both for weather) but got to see the area anyway on another excursion. Would definitely love to go back but OTOH, still a lot of the rest of the world I haven't seen 1x yet so probably will do that first haha
